Static QR codes cost us almost nothing to generate. They run entirely in your browser. We make money from Pro and Business plans, where we provide servers for dynamic redirects, analytics, and API infrastructure.
What's the difference between static and dynamic QR codes?
Static QR codes encode data (like a URL) directly in the pattern. They work forever but can't be changed once printed. Dynamic QR codes point to a redirect URL — you can change the destination, track scans, and view analytics, but they require our servers.
